Siam Commercial Bank is the senior bank in Thailand. Prince Jayant Mongkol, the brother of the King, founded it on October 4, 1904. After two years of work under the name of Book Club, the pilot project became a full-fledged commercial bank. Now it is the third largest institution in Thailand for total assets, has awards: "Best Brand by Category", "Banking" and "Best in Banking". After a major restructuring of the Treasury in 2008, SCB moved to a new level, built its own model. Currently, SCB operates the largest number of ATMs and branches in the kingdom. Over 1100 branches were opened across the country.
